AXA

Program: enCODE claims intelligence engagement

What we're solving: AXA's claims operation needs deterministic, jurisdiction-aware FNOL processing across WC, Auto, GL, and Property with a full audit trail that can withstand regulatory review and reinsurance scrutiny.

What we've delivered: - Adjust360 claims program (WC + Auto FNOL pipeline) - enCODE briefing deck and leadership brief for executive alignment - AXA-specific claims program overview (June 2026)

AF Insurance

Program: Binding authority automation + Data Quality / MDM

What we're solving: Two independent programs: 1. BA automation — AF needs to route binding authority submissions to the right authority gate (bind / refer / decline) based on class, geography, and score — consistently, across all producing brokers. 2. DQ/MDM — data quality gaps and party identity fragmentation are creating downstream issues in analytics and AI programs.
